Emily is a personal trainer and pilates teacher that focuses on physical health and mental wellbeing with her clients. Emily is no nonsense and will help you to reach your goals without promoting dangerous dieting behaviours, smashing limiting beliefs and healing your relationship with food and your body.

If you’re tired of diet after diet, buying all the books, joining all the groups and seeing no long term results then it’s time to take the first step and request a discovery call with Emily. You can:
